介绍了恒邦股份公司采用回转窑焙烧处理高锑铜阳极泥新工艺。通过对影响金银回收的多因素进行综合研究分析,解决固液分离效果差,金、银直收率低,板框滤布板结严重,工作效能低等问题,经实验研究,现已成功应用于生产。实践证明,采用新工艺增加锑浸出脱除工序能够大幅度提高分金、分银工作效能,提高金银直收率。

This paper introduces the rotary kiln roasting processing copper anode mud in Humon Smelting Co.Ltd. The effects on the gold and silver recovery were analyzed comprehensively. The problems of solid-liquid separation, the low direct recovery rate gold and silver, heavy crusting of filter cloth and low work efficiency were solved. The study was successfully applied to the production. The new process of removing stibium with leaching can improve the separation and direct recovery rate of gold and silver greatly.
