通过建立电子信息职业技能综合实训平台，创新实训管理模式，向相关专业师生全方位开放。设计合理工程项目指导教学实训，突出科技创新活动在人才培养中的作用；通过基础理论实验、综合设计实验、科技创新实践、自主创业工程四个渐进式培养模式，提高学生创新实践能力，完善人才培养体系。

Through the establishment of a comprehensive vocational skills training platform for electronic information and innovative training management,all the training platforms can be accessed to all the teachers and students.In order to realize this aim,the higher vocational colleges should design the reasonable projects to guide teaching and training and highlight the role of technological innovation in talent train-ing.Through basic theory by experiment,integrated design of experiments,technological innovation practice,self-employment project in four progressive training model,the students’creative and practical ability as well as the personnel training system can be improved.
