为评估三氯甲烷对水生生物的毒性影响,以美国大盐湖卤虫为受试生物,采用概率单位法研究了三氯甲烷对卤虫的急性毒性效应。结果表明:在25℃条件下,三氯甲烷对卤虫的24 h LC50为59.574 mg?L-1,95%置信限度:55.015~63.380 mg?L-1;48 h LC50为29.139 mg?L-1,95%置信限度:24.051~32.839 mg?L-1。培养48 h 三氯甲烷对卤虫的致死作用比24 h 显著增加,且48 h 浓度响应范围也小于24 h 响应范围。

For evaluating the toxicity of chloroform on aquatic organism, Artemia.francisana was used as test organism to study the acute toxicity of chloroform by probit method. The results show that, at 25 ℃, the 24 h LC50 is 59.574 mg?L-1, and its 95% confidence limit is 55.015~63.380 mg?L-1; the 48 h LC50 is 29.139 mg?L-1, and its 95% confidence limit is 24.051~32.839 mg?L-1. The lethal effect of chloroform after 48h culture is more significant than that of 24 h, and the concentration response range is also the same.
