薄膜电阻是电位器式角位移传感器的核心构件,直接影响传感器的输出性能,高精度角位移传感器的薄膜电阻需要进行精密的修刻,激光修刻机包括机械本体、单片机控制部分和控制软件组成。采用 STC12C5410单片机为核心设计的薄膜电阻激光修刻机控制系统,由单片机、步进电机、激光器和若干辅件组成,来控制修刻工作台的自动修刻和薄膜电阻的自动进给,能实现0.050.5%可调节修刻精度,每个24分钟的修刻速度。

Membrane resistance is a core component of the potentiometer type Angle displacement sensor,directly affect the output of the sen-sor performance.High precision of angular displacement sensor membrane resistance requires precision carving.A laser carving machine con-sists of the mechanical noumenon,single chip microcomputer control part and the control software.We can use STC12C5410 SCM as the core design of laser membrane resistance engraving machine control system,is composed of single chip computer,stepping motor,laser and a number of cylinders,to control the workbench automatically fix the engraved and membrane resistance automatically feed,can achieve 0. 05 0.5% adjustable precision carving,repairing time velocity of every 1 to 2 minutes.
