为筛选适宜推广应用的暗黑鳃金龟性诱剂的诱芯和诱捕器,对自主研发的四种诱芯和金龟甲型诱捕器的田间诱捕效果做了评价,为性诱剂防治蛴螬技术提供依据和参考。无纺布诱芯在每天更换的条件下,在整个成虫交配期平均单日单个诱捕器诱虫数283.4头。储藏瓶型诱芯在储存120d 后诱虫效果无显著性变化。以药用淀粉和β-环糊精作为主要载体制备缓释型诱芯对暗黑鳃金龟性信息素均具良好的缓释作用;两种缓释型诱芯的持效期分别达19d 和30d 以上。自制金龟甲型诱捕器和常规漏斗型诱捕器均适用于暗黑鳃金龟的诱捕,其中自制金龟甲型诱捕效率最高。

In order to clarify the most appropriate lures and traps for the capture of H .parallela adults and provide references for technology application, the trapping efficacy of 4 types of sex phero-mone lures and traps were tested on Holotrichia parallela in the field.On the average 283.4 adults were captured in a single tray per day using nonwoven fabric lures which were changed every day dur-ing the mating period of H .parallela .The efficacy of ampoule-type lures showed no significant change after stored for 120 days.Medical starch andβ-cyclodextrin showed obviously sustained release effects on H .parallela sex pheromone.Both can be used as good sustained release carriers and the persistent periods were more than 1 9 and 30 days, respectively.Besides, a comparative study was conducted on the efficiency of different types of traps on capture of H .parallela adults.The results indicated that scarabs-specific traps and funnel-shaped traps were suitable for the capture of H .par-allela adults in the field, among which the former had the best trapping efficacy.
