This paper introduced that the potential control flotation was used in jindong high sulphur lead-zinc ores.Lime and combined inhibitors were added to ball mill,thus they created high alkaline and low oxidation potentials the pulp environment.The concentrate grade and recovery rate of lead were increased by 26% and 25% when collector was diethyldithiocarbamate.And it revealed the separation mechanism among galena,sphalerite and pyrite in high sulphur lead-zinc flotation by analyzing the mineral surface oxidation reaction and the pulp potential.
