以数字矿山框架为基础,利用虚拟现实、无线传感网、视频监控和产量监控等技术,提出三维动态监管系统关键技术和系统框架,基于统一地理空间框架建立的矿山三维模型,研究基于 Zigbee 技术的人员定位精度优化。使用物联网技术采集矿山开采实时信息,研究矿山传感数据的实时接入手段与动态融合方法,通过实时数据的获取,分析动态监管矿山开采行为。在山东省开展了试点应用,通过与矿权法定范围实时比对,实现对超层越界非法开采行为的监管。集成了矿山产量监控信息,并结合视频监控技术,实现对矿山超能力开采行为监管,有效保护和合理利用矿产资源。

Based on the framework of digital mine,by using virtual reality,wireless sensor network,video monitoring and yield monitoring technologies,key technologies and framework of 3D dynamic supervision system have been put forward.Based on uniform geographical spatial framework,three dimensional mod-el of mine has been set up,and optimization of precision personnel location based on Zigbee technology has been studied.By using epc system network,real time information of mines have been gained,and real time access means and dynamic fusion method of mining sensor data have been studied.Through real time data acquisition and analysis,mining practices have been supervised dynamically.Furthermore,ex-perimental application of this technology has been carried out in Shandong province.Through contrast the results with legal scope,illegal mining beyond the scope of mining right will be supervised,and production capacity will be monitored.Combining with video monitoring,the behavior of the mining over capacity will be supervised.Thus,effective protection and rational utilization of mineral resources can be realized.
