新版《国家学生体质健康标准》于2014年开始实施后，对高校体育工作产生了极大影响。在实施过程中，存在着诸如大学生不能正确理解体质测试的意义、体质监测结果缺乏有效的反馈途径、大学生体质健康的宣传教育工作滞后等问题。高等学校体育教学应积极进行改革，加强对大学生进行体质健康和运动锻炼知识的教学与指导，将严格执行测试要求与宽松管理相结合，制定相关保障措施，切实提高大学生的体质健康水平。

New Standard for Students' Physical Health which is implemented in 2014 has made a great impact on the work of college's physical education. In the process of implementation, there are many problems featuring with students can't understand the meaning of physical test correctly, the result of such a test is lack of the effective approach to feedback, and the propaganda of college students' physical health is poor. The college should actively take some measures to reform, strengthening the education and guidance of college students' physical health and exercise. The school will combine the test requirements with the loose management strictly, and formulate relevant measures to improve the level of college students' physical health.
