通过对胜利油田某污水处理站外输水质分析,发现悬浮固体含量、腐蚀率、SRB 菌以及铁细菌硫化氢含量均超出 B2注水水质指标,如果油田把这种不达标的水用来回注,一方面会造成油田注入状况差,影响了油藏开发效果和增加了开发成本;另一方面会对注水站、注水管网及注水管柱产生腐蚀,增加了油田生产的安全隐患。通过室内试验对该污水处理站来水水质特点进行了分析,对改性药剂和净化药剂进行初步筛选,结合现场试验的测试结果和污水处理工艺现状,并进行不同方案的经济比选,提出合理的改造方案,同时选择成熟、先进、可靠的新技术、新工艺,使该污水处理站处理后污水水质达到 SY/T5329规定的 B2级指标,从而减少水处理系统对原油生产的制约,保障油田的可持续发展。

Through analysis of the water quality of a sewage treatment station, it was found that the content of suspended solids, corrosion rate, SRB bacteria and iron bacteria were all beyond the B2 water quality index. If the water is reinjected into oil field, on the one hand oil field injection condition will become poor, influencing the reservoir development effect and increasing the cost of development, on the other hand, it will cause a serious corrosion to the water injection station, water injection pipe network and water injection pipe string, increasing the safety hazard of oil field production. In this paper, runoff water quality characteristics of a sewage treatment station were analyzed, modified agents and cleaning agents were screened out. Then through the field test and analysis of the status quo of the sewage treatment process, through comparing economic effect of different reform programs, suitable reform program was determined. After the reform, water quality of treated wastewater can meet the B2 level indicator of SY/T5329 provision, thereby reducing the restriction of water treatment system to oil production, ensuring sustainable development of oilfield.
