本文利用1998—2007年中国工业企业数据库，测算企业层面要素收入分配份额，全面考察了中国制造业企业要素收入分配的动态变迁。通过实证分析和方差分解，重点回答了“各因素在多大程度上影响要素收入分配”这一基本问题。研究发现：（1）全要素生产率和企业规模是目前影响劳动和资本要素收入份额变动的主要因素；（2）民营企业近年来的快速发展和国有企业利润上缴方式成为企业规模影响要素收入分配背后的重要原因。本文的政策含义是：大型垄断国有企业是中国收入分配改革的重点，要结合行业、地区、所有制等因素，从企业入手，充分考虑劳动者利益，有效保障收入分配改革的公平性和合理性。

This paper,from 1998 to 2007 China industrial enterprise database,calculates the enterprise level factor income share and investigates the dynamic changes of the income distribution of Chinese manufacturing enterprise elements.Through the empirical analysis and variance decomposition,focusing on answering“the factors affect the extent to which the factor income distribution”,the result shows that:(1)the TFP and the scale of the enterprise are main factors affecting the present labor and capital income share changes;( 2 ) the rapid development of private enterprises in recent years and the profits of state-owned enterprises affect the enterprise scale behind the factor income distribution.The policy implication of this paper are as follows:large monopoly state-owned enterprises is the key to the reform of income distribution which should be fully combined the factors such as industry, region, ownership.Start with enterprises, the interests of workers should be fully considered, and the fair and reasonable of the income distribution reform would be effectively protected.
