为了验证炉渣胶凝材料应用于矿山全尾砂膏体充填的可行性,采用膏体试块在水溶液中浸泡养护的试验方法,测试不同养护周期水样的各项指标,对比浸泡养护与标准养护膏体试块的抗压强度。试验结果表明:炉渣胶凝材料替代部分水泥,较全水泥全尾砂膏体充填不会对地下水产生其他污染影响;膏体试块强度增长期间,试块在受到水溶液浸蚀过程中最终强度值可能只能达到标准养护条件下的60%~80%,但可以满足矿山开采的强度要求。证实炉渣胶凝材料可替代部分水泥应用于矿山全尾砂膏体充填。

In order to verify the feasibility of smelting slag gelling materials being used in full tailings paste filling in mines,the method of soaking paste block in aqueous solution is employed. The indexes of water samples in different curing cycles are tested,and the compressive strengths of soaking curing and standard curing paste blocks are com-pared. The experiment results show that slag gelling materials replacing part of cement used,unlike full cement full tailings paste filling,will do no harm to underground water;during the growth of paste filling block strength,the final block intensity suffering erosion in aqueous solutions could end up 60 % to 80 % of the level under standard curing conditions,which,however,can satisfy the strength requirement of mining. The study confirms that slag gelling materi-als,replacing part of the cement,can be applied in full tailing paste filling.
