苏州市工业园区中小学体育场馆对外开放工作是一项惠民实事工程，是建设和谐社区，发展社区体育的理性选择。文章运用文献资料法、调查法与逻辑分析法对苏州市工业园区两批体育场馆设施开放学校进行了研究。研究认为：政府部门要进一步加强惠民政策保障，统筹公共体育设施建设，实现公共体育场馆设施资源的共享，进一步探讨场馆开放所带来的成本补偿问题。中小学体育管理者应该适应市场经济发展的要求，转变观念，部分位置佳的体育场馆完全可以在条件成熟的情况下探索场馆的市场化运营机制，拓宽资金来源，并积极吸纳相关的社会扶持、企业赞助等。

It is a practical project for Suzhou Industrial Park’s primary and middle schools sports venues opening work. It is a rational choice for the construction of a harmonious community and the development of community sports.This study uses the methods of literature, investigation and logic analysis to study the two groups of sports venues and facilities in Suzhou Industrial Park. The research thinks: the government departments should further strengthen the policy support for the benefit of the people, formulate the construction of public sports facilities, realize the sharing of public sports venues and facilities resources, and further explore the cost compensation caused by the opening of the venues.Primary and middle school sports management should meet the requirements of the market economy development and change the concept.some stadiums which are located good are fully able to explore the market operation mechanism, expand the source of funds, and actively absorb the relevant social support, corporate sponsorship, etc.
