Professor Li Ding‐ren has been engaged in the teaching career of Northwest China for more than 50 years ,and has witnessed the development of the western education . He has immersed himself in people education with his life passion , which reflects the strong sense of humanity . Teaching is a job w hich infuses teachers'life passion . Students are the center of education and the foothold of education is to respect and love students . Construction of academic ethics can not be ignored w hen teaching research is conducted .
