心理契约是个体与组织间的一种内隐契约,它是双方关系中一方期望另一方付出的内容和得到的内容的具体化。在心理契约理论发展的五十余年中经历了概念的形成和完善,内容和结构的澄清,心理契约违背及破裂后的行为研究,心理契约的建立和弥补及心理契约理论的应用领域的不断具体化和深入的过程,成为组织管理过程中较为有效的管理理论和方法。该论文分析总结了心理契约理论的概念发展、理论研究进展及应用研究成果,并对心理契约理论今后的发展趋势做出预测,以促进心理契约理论的应用及发展。

The psychological contract is a implicit contract between an individual and organizational, it is the re-lationship of the other party to the desired content and get paid for the content of concrete. Psychological theory of de-velopment contracts with over 50 years experience in the form of conceptual clarification and improvement of the con-tent and structure, behavior, psychological contract violation and rupture of research, the establishment and recovery of psychological contract, psychological contract theory and applications specific and in-depth process, become more effective organizational management process management theory and methods. This paper analyzes and summarizes the development of the concept of psychological contract theory, theoretical research progress and application of re-search results, and future trends make the psychological contract theory predicts that in order to promote the applica-tion and development of the psychological contract theory.
