为了解决大型粮库温湿度检测点分散、采集点数量多,信号传输困难的问题,文中以C8051F040为核心,利用CAN总线设计了应用于粮库温湿度数据测量采集系统。该系统利用CAN总线的特点和性能优势,结合现在大型粮库温度测量系统的现状,给出了温度测量系统的总体结构设计、硬件接口电路及程序框图。该系统在粮库测温应用中稳定可靠,并具有很好的扩展性,在测温过程中,温度数据采集准确,误差小,大大提高了粮库温湿参数检测的自动化程度。
為瞭解決大型糧庫溫濕度檢測點分散、採集點數量多,信號傳輸睏難的問題,文中以C8051F040為覈心,利用CAN總線設計瞭應用于糧庫溫濕度數據測量採集繫統。該繫統利用CAN總線的特點和性能優勢,結閤現在大型糧庫溫度測量繫統的現狀,給齣瞭溫度測量繫統的總體結構設計、硬件接口電路及程序框圖。該繫統在糧庫測溫應用中穩定可靠,併具有很好的擴展性,在測溫過程中,溫度數據採集準確,誤差小,大大提高瞭糧庫溫濕參數檢測的自動化程度。

In order to solve the problems of temperature and humidity testing point dispersion, quantity, signal transmission difficult in large grain, in this paper, with the core of C8051F040 and using CAN bus applied in grain depot temperature and humidity measurement data acquisition system is designed. The advantage of the characteristics of CAN bus system and performance advantages, combined with the present situation of the large grain depot temperature and humidity measuring system, now gives the overall structure of the temperature measurement system design, hardware interface circuit and program block diagram. In the grain depot temperature measuring application of the system is stable and reliable, and has good expansibility, in the process of measurement, temperature and humidity data acquisition accuracy, small error, greatly improve the automation degree of the grain depot.
