为记录多路振动信号设计了一款基于USB接口的数据采集系统。该系统包含四路信号调理单元、模数转换单元、以DSP器件为核心的控制单元和采用USB接口的与上位机通信单元。在采集频率不高于300kHz的情况下,系统可实现不间断采集,并将采集到的数据实时传送给上位机进行存储记录,数据采集位宽为14位。系统整体功耗小于2瓦,采用USB接口通过上位机供电,且自身尺寸小,满足便携式要求。

In this paper, a design of data acquisition system for recording multi-channel vibration signals based on USB interface is proposed. The system consists of four parts, including signal conditioning unit, analog-digital conversion unit, control unit using DSP as the core and communication unit using the USB interface. In the case of acquisition rate is not higher than 300spps, the system can achieve continuous acquisition and real-time data acquisition to be transferred to the host computer. Data acquisition is 14 bits wide. Overall system power consumption is less than 2 watts. The system is powered using the USB interface from the PC, and meet requirements of small size and portable.
