为了有效防止发动机在装配过程中容易出现错误,以保证发动机的装配质量和效率,对发动机装配过程中防错措施进行了分析。设计了防错系统的流程,并开发了一套外协件装配系统。系统通过发送机条码、零件条码,根据BOM表对零件装车过程进行控制,防止了零件的错装、漏装。

In order to prevent engine prone to errors in the assembly process, and ensure the quality and efficiency of assembly engine, the error-proofing measures in the process of engine assembly were ana?lyzed. A work flow of the error-proofing system was designed, and an error-proofing system of the en?gine outsourcing parts assembly was developed. The system can scan the barcode of energy and parts, check correspondence between the engine and parts by BOM, and prevent the misloading and neglected loading.
