煤炭是我国的主要能源,在未来相当长的时间内不会改变。到目前为止,探明煤炭储量中一半以上为低阶煤。低阶煤清洁高效和科学分级利用的核心技术为低温干馏技术,现已被国内外广泛关注。本文围绕低阶煤煤质的特殊性进行了分析;对国内外低温干馏工艺进行了对比分析,重点分析了各类工艺的原料、干馏炉、工作原理和技术特点等方面;并提出了推进我国低阶煤低温干馏工艺技术工业化进程的相关建议。

Coal is the main energy in China, which will not change for quite a long time in the future. So far,more than half of coal reserves has been proven low rank coal. The core technology for the low rank coal clean efficient and scientific classification and utilization is low temperature carbonization technology; it has been widely concerned at home and abroad. In this paper, characteristics of low rank coal were discussed; domestic and foreign low-temperature carbonization processes were compared and analyzed from the aspects of raw materials, carbonization furnace, working principle, technical characteristics and so on; and relevant suggestions about promoting China's low rank coal low temperature carbonization technology industrialization were put forward.
