乙炔装置溶剂再生工段溶剂换热器达产达标整改过程中,利用流程模拟技术,结合现场实际情况,通过设计型计算初定换热面积,利用模拟与校核型计算对其进行优化,确定了技术改造方案。改造后,溶剂换热器的换热效果、压降等均达到指标要求。

In the reforming process of solvent heat exchanger in solvent regeneration section of acetylene plant, according to the actual situation, through using the process simulation technology, initial heat transfer area was got by the design calculation. The technical reformation scheme was determined by simulation and calculation. After the reformation, heat exchanging effect and pressure drop of the heat exchanger can meet the requirements.
