汞离子在我们生活中的应用较广,它的腐蚀性和致癌性较强。基于增强型荧光探针设计进行了分子检测实验研究,数据库分析表明:探针荧光的发射强度随汞离子的增加而变强; pH 在4.00~7.00之间,pH 值不会干扰化合物1对 Hg2+的检测。结果表明:汞离子探针的高灵敏度和良好的选择性,对测定自来水和院校初级水中的汞离子浓度起到了作用,对于荧光探针的进一步改进具有参考价值。

Mercury ions have been widely used in our lives, but it has strong corrosion and carcinogenicity. In this paper, enhanced fluorescent probes were designed based on experimental studies of molecular detection. The database analysis shows that, the fluorescence emission intensity of the probe becomes strong with the mercury ions increasing;when pH is between 4.00~7.00, pH value of compound 1 does not interfere with the detection of Hg2+. The above results show that: the mercury ion probes have high sensitivity and good selectivity, it can be used to measure the concentration of mercury ions in water tap .
