结合采样方法理论，分析蒙特卡洛法、超拉丁法及Hammersly采样法的特点。在Hyperstudy平台上耦合多性能工况共有随机设计变量，完成了其实验设计分析，基于Hammersly采样法，计算车身静态扭转刚度及自由模态2种工况的可靠度，分析了骨架的可靠性及置信度为90%以上的车身性能响应指标。

The characteristics of Monte Carlo, Latin Hypercube and Hammersly methods were compared based on the theory of sampling method. The sharing stochastic design variables in different conditions were linked and the design of experiment was completed based on the Hyperstudy platform. The reli?abilities of the body frame were calculated including torsion stiffness and free modal with Hammersly sampling method. The reliabilities and characteristic responses with 90%reliability were analyzed.
