入警大学生是公安现役部队重要的干部来源之一，为部队建设注入了新鲜血液。学员队干部作为入警大学生军旅生涯的第一任“老师”，直接影响其日后的工作方式、行为习惯。因此，学员队干部在入警大学生日常管理、军事训练、学习、生活等方方面面都应细化管理。本文从以人为本的角度，结合群体职业特征，就学员队干部如何做好入警大学生培训工作进行探讨。

The police college student is an important source of cadres, they infused the new blood for the troops construction..
