在自行搭建的热重分析仪上,采用 CaO 作为催化剂,CO2为气化剂,进行了煤焦的催化气化实验,分析了 CaO 对气化过程的影响。研究表明:去离子水对气化反应无影响;CaO 对气化反应的催化效果明显,催化剂的添加饱和度为5%,高比例的 CaO 会造成气化反应活性降低;较高的反应温度会造成 CaO 催化效果降低;CaO 对浑源煤焦催化效果最好,贵州煤焦次之,对准东煤焦催化效果最差;CaO 对制焦过程会产生影响,进而影响到煤焦气化反应;提高制焦温度以及延长制焦恒温时间均会造成煤焦反应活性的降低。

Coal char gasification under CO2 atmosphere with CaO as catalyst was carried out at TGA, the gasification characteristics of coal were analyzed. The results shows that deionized water has no effect on gasification reaction; effect of CaO on gasification reaction is obvious, the load saturation level of CaO is 5%, high proportion of CaO can lower reactivity of gasification; the catalytic effect of CaO on Hunyuan coal char is the best, and on Zhundong coal char is the worst;CaO has an influence on pyrolysis process; raising temperature of pyrolysis and extending the time of pyrolysis can cause gasification reactivity decrease.
