京津冀协同发展骨架已经搭就，教育是真正推进京津冀协同发展进程，实现发展目标的重要因素。然而，京津冀在教育方面业已存在的差距和不协同的地方可能会影响其协同发展的进一步推进，其中最突出表现在高等教育方面。以京津冀高考招生为视点，以优质高校资源分布情况和重点高校录取情况为研究对象，相关数据的研究结果表明：京津冀在高考招生方面的差距较大，优质高校资源分布不均，户籍制度加剧差异，命题政策不统一和分数线不统一，在一定程度上制约着京津冀协同发展的进程。因此，有必要合理疏解优质高校资源，改进京津冀户籍制度，实行高考一张卷、一个标准、一种政策，促进京津冀高等教育协同发展。

The coordinated development structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has been built. Education is the important factor to really promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei process and realize its goal.However, the existing gap and not collaborative factors may affect the further advance of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in the aspect of education of three places, one of the most outstanding performance is the higher education, such as the college entrance examination enrollment. In viewpoint of the college entrance examination enrollment, the high quality colleges and universities resources distribution and the high quality colleges and universities enrollment situation as the research object,the authors collect and analyze the relevant data. The research shows that there is a larger gap in the college entrance examination enrollment of three ways,the reasons including the uneven distribution of high quality colleges and universities resources, the household registration system intensified the differences, proposition policy and fractional line are not uniform.These restrict Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development process. Moreover, this article puts forward the suggestions of reasonable distribution high quality resources of colleges and universities, improves the household registration system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and implements the same university entrance exam volume, a standard and policy.
