以蓖麻油酸、硼、二乙醇胺为原料制备一种醇胺型硼酸酯,作为润滑油抗磨添加剂。实验通过正交实验考察反应物料比,反应时间以及反应温度对酯化率的影响,采用红外光谱对其结构进行表征,并使用四球摩擦机考察硼酸酯抗磨剂的抗磨性能。结果表明,n(蓖麻油酸)∶n(二乙醇胺)∶n(硼酸)为0.9∶1.2∶1.1,反应温度为125℃,反应时间为9.5 h,酯化率达到40.97%。红外光谱证明目标产物已合成。
以蓖痳油痠、硼、二乙醇胺為原料製備一種醇胺型硼痠酯,作為潤滑油抗磨添加劑。實驗通過正交實驗攷察反應物料比,反應時間以及反應溫度對酯化率的影響,採用紅外光譜對其結構進行錶徵,併使用四毬摩抆機攷察硼痠酯抗磨劑的抗磨性能。結果錶明,n(蓖痳油痠)∶n(二乙醇胺)∶n(硼痠)為0.9∶1.2∶1.1,反應溫度為125℃,反應時間為9.5 h,酯化率達到40.97%。紅外光譜證明目標產物已閤成。

A kind of alcohol amine borate as lubricating oil antiwear additive was prepared with ricinoleic acid, boron, diethanol amine as raw materials. The impact of reactant ratio, reaction time and reaction temperature on the esterification rate was investigated through orthogonal experiment. Its structure was characterized by infrared spectrum, and antiwear properties of the antiwear agent was investigated by using four-ball machine. The results show that, when n (ricinoleic acid): n (two ethanol): n (boric acid) is 0.9:1.2:1.1, reaction temperature is 125 ℃, reaction time is 9.5 h, the esterification rate can reach to 40.97%.IR spectrum has proved the synthesized products are target compound.
