为了提高煤焦洗油乳化的稳定时间,结合均匀设计与支持向量回归(SVR)优化选择所需乳化剂成分。通过筛选和优化乳化体系,获得了三个较好的乳化洗油的配方。仿真结果表明由该方法所得的 SVR 具有较简单的结构和较好的泛化能力,仿真精度高具有一定的理论推广意义。

In order to increase the stable time of the emulsified wash oil of coal tar fraction, uniform design was combined with support vector regression to optimize emulsifier components. Three good recipes of emulsifier for wash oil were found through screening and optimizing the emulsion system. Simulation results show that this method of parameter selection for SVR has a simple structure and good generalization ability. Since simulation precision is high, this method possesses certain practical application significance.
