本文从藏族地区汉语教学的现状出发，剖析了藏族地区教学中存在的问题，论述了普通话口语教学在汉语作为第二语言教学中的地位，进而提出了教学改革的对策，以期为藏族地区汉语教学改革提供借鉴。

This paper analyzed the problems appeared in Chinese teaching in Tibetan areas ,described the place of Mandarin and oral teaching in the teaching of Chinese as a second language ,and concluded the theories and practices of Chinese Mandarin and oral teaching to the Tibetan students of Nationalities Teaching College in Qinghai Normal University ,to supply as a reference to Chinese teaching in Tibetan ar‐eas .
