电子商务在农村的蓬勃发展,有效地解决了农民增收的基本问题,但是农村电子商务总体来讲还处于发展的初级阶段,还存在诸多发展瓶颈,如农民受教育水平较低、品牌意识不强等问题。从政策配套、教育培训、基础设施建设3个方面,提出了关于农村电子商务发展的对策和建议。

ABSTRACT:The vigorous development of e-commerce in rural areas has effectively solved the basic problem of farmers’ income increasing. However, rural e-commerce in general still keeps in the primary stage, and some development bottlenecks still exist such as farmers’ lower education level, and weaker brand awareness, etc. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on developing the rural e-commerce from three aspects of policy supporting, educational training and infrastructure construction.
