随着全球制造业逐渐转向买方市场,使得供应链分销管理越来越受到企业的重视。分销商作为连接消费者和制造商的枢纽,在供应链中发挥着关键性作用,而对分销商进行有效的评价是对其进行管理和选择的前提。本文在分析现有分销商评价模型的基础上,综合考虑营销能力、服务水平、交货能力等七个方面影响因素建立分销商评价指标体系,并针对分销商评价过程中的模糊性和随机性问题,提出了基于NC-AHP的综合评价模型。通过实例计算表明,NC-AHP综合评价模型不仅可以对分销商的整体水平进行有效的评价,而且能够找到制约分销商绩效提高的短板因素,从而为企业制定分销策略提供科学依据。

With the development of global manufacturing industry has turned to buyer's market gradually, which led to the distribution management was more and more brought to the attention of the enterprises. Distributors as a hub for connecting consumers and manufacturers play a key role in the supply chain, the premise of managing and selecting distributors is evaluating it effectively. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the existing distributors’ evaluation model, the evaluation index system of distributors was constructed based on marketing ability, service level, delivery capacity and other seven aspects, meanwhile distributor evaluation problem is a fuzzy and stochastic problem, so the comprehensive evaluation model is proposed based on NC-AHP. Example calculation shows that, NC-AHP evaluation model not only can evaluate distributors’ overall level effectively, but also can ifnd out the short board factors which restrict the performance of distributors, so as to provide the scientiifc basis for the enterprises to develop their distributing strategy.
