针对某轻型客车噪声评估过程中车内噪声水平未达到目标样车水平的问题进行研究。根据该车整车及进气系统噪声测试结果改进空气滤清器结构,在其壳体内部增加加强筋以提高壳体刚度。进气系统优化后,整车怠速工况下50 Hz的峰值频率下降2 dB,总声压级也降低2 dB;全油门加速工况时,2100 r/min处噪声峰值消除;全油门加速工况和匀速工况时车内轰鸣声降低。

Noise evaluation of a light bus shows that interior noise level of the bus fails to achieve level of the target prototype. According to vehicle and intake air noise test results, air filter structure is modified by adding reinforced rib inside the filter housing to increase stiffness. After the intake air system is optimized, noise level at 50 Hz peak frequency is reduced by 2 dB in idling, and total sound pressure level is also reduced by 2 dB; whereas in acceleration with the throttle fully open, noise peak value at 2 100 r/min is eliminated, and interior booming noise decreases in acceleration with the throttle fully open and constant speed driving.
