针对某车型设计了铝合金控制臂,对该控制臂进行了台架试验和CAE分析,并根据试验分析结果对该控制臂进行了结构优化,给出了安全试验系数。对优化后的铝合金控制臂进行了验证试验,结果表明,结构优化后的铝合金控制臂不仅完全能够满足耐久试验要求,而且达到了减重34.4%的效果。
針對某車型設計瞭鋁閤金控製臂,對該控製臂進行瞭檯架試驗和CAE分析,併根據試驗分析結果對該控製臂進行瞭結構優化,給齣瞭安全試驗繫數。對優化後的鋁閤金控製臂進行瞭驗證試驗,結果錶明,結構優化後的鋁閤金控製臂不僅完全能夠滿足耐久試驗要求,而且達到瞭減重34.4%的效果。

Aluminum control arm has been developed for a vehicle model, on which bench test and CAE analysis are carried out, and structural optimization is made to this control arm according to test and analysis, and safety test coefficient is given. The optimized aluminum control arm has been verified and test, the results show that the aluminum control arm with structural optimization not only meet the requirement of durability test, but also reduce weight of 34.4%.
