扬州瘦西湖隧道采用旧泥水盾构设备全断面穿越膨胀性黏土地层,施工过程中泥浆产量大、难以分离,并且容易引发黏土块黏附刀盘、堵塞排泥系统等问题,从而影响施工的正常进行。针对扬州瘦西湖隧道工程环流系统面临的难题,对盾构刀盘的刀具进行重新选型和配置,对冲刷系统和环流管路进行一系列改造,通过室内模拟实验揭示黏土块溶崩破碎规律,实现了黏土块的块状切削和泥浆减量化,防止了刀盘结饼、泥水管路堵塞,形成了全断面黏土地层高效环流及出渣技术,保证了工程的顺利实施,产生了极大的经济效益。
颺州瘦西湖隧道採用舊泥水盾構設備全斷麵穿越膨脹性黏土地層,施工過程中泥漿產量大、難以分離,併且容易引髮黏土塊黏附刀盤、堵塞排泥繫統等問題,從而影響施工的正常進行。針對颺州瘦西湖隧道工程環流繫統麵臨的難題,對盾構刀盤的刀具進行重新選型和配置,對遲刷繫統和環流管路進行一繫列改造,通過室內模擬實驗揭示黏土塊溶崩破碎規律,實現瞭黏土塊的塊狀切削和泥漿減量化,防止瞭刀盤結餅、泥水管路堵塞,形成瞭全斷麵黏土地層高效環流及齣渣技術,保證瞭工程的順利實施,產生瞭極大的經濟效益。

Using old slurry TBM in whole section of clay geology at Yangzhou Shouxihu Tunnel produces a lot of slurry in construction and it is difficult to separate it, which is likely to cause clay adhesion on cutter and clogging of discharge system and to affect normal construction. With a view to those problems at Yangzhou Shouxihu Tunnel, cutter tools are reselected and configured and modifications on flushing and circulation system are made. With indoor simulation experiments, the law of clay collapse is revealed and block-shaped cutting is fulfilled and mud reduction is quantized to prevent clay-cake formation, slurry pipeline jam. As a result, high efficiency circulating slag in whole section of clay geology is realized to ensure smooth construction and great economic benefit.
