仁孝文化是中华民族优秀传统文化的重要组成部分，是道德伦理人文的核心和精髓。本文通过对仁孝文化的解读以及我国当前养老现状的分析，阐述了我国养老还需要大力弘扬仁孝道义，并进一步从高校教育工作者的角度，论述了高校仁孝素质教育的紧迫性和必要性，探索分析了加强高职院校仁孝素质教育的路径和方法。

Filial piety culture ,which is the core and essence of ethical humanism ,is an important component of excellent Chinese traditional culture .By interpreting the filial piety culture and analyzing the present nursing situa -tion for the old - aged in China ,this article expounds the necessity and urgency that the filial morality needs to be vigorously carried forward in the society and the quality education on filial piety should be ehanced in colleges .It also explores and analyzes the path of strengthening quality education on filial piety in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of an educational worker .
