基于ANSYS软件建立了某石化厂现役布袋除尘器的有限元模型并模拟了其温度场分布.在旁路工况的负压和正压情形下分别对模型进行了热应力计算和分析.计算结果表明,中间的柱脚均出现了与基础脱离现象,最大脱离位移已达4.5689mm.布袋除尘器箱体顶板处最大应力已达202MPa,接近于相应材料的屈服强度.说明旁路保护虽然能够对布袋除尘器起到有效的保护作用,但保护效果是短时的,必须采取相应措施进行维护.

The finite element model of bag precipitator is set up with ANSYS, and the temperature distribution is simulated. The thermal stress calculation and analysis subjected to negative pressure and positive pressure under bypass condition are completed. The calculation results show that the middle columns are divorced from the foundation and the maximum displacement has been reached 4.5689mm. The maximum stress of the tope plate of bag precipitator has been reached 202MPa, which is close to the material yield strength. The bag precipitator is under the effective protection because of the bypass condition, however, the protection is instant and the corresponding measures must be taken.
