以某1.5 L缸内直喷涡轮增压发动机为研究对象,分析其冷却系统结构,提出一种电子水泵的控制系统并基于整车环境设计其控制策略,最后进行标定和验证试验。结果表明,所提出的控制策略可以满足该发动机搭载的电子水泵在不同运行工况下准确、及时工作的要求,同时能够满足冷却增压后气体温度和增压器的要求,因此该控制策略可行。
以某1.5 L缸內直噴渦輪增壓髮動機為研究對象,分析其冷卻繫統結構,提齣一種電子水泵的控製繫統併基于整車環境設計其控製策略,最後進行標定和驗證試驗。結果錶明,所提齣的控製策略可以滿足該髮動機搭載的電子水泵在不同運行工況下準確、及時工作的要求,同時能夠滿足冷卻增壓後氣體溫度和增壓器的要求,因此該控製策略可行。

By studying a 1.5 L turbocharged gasoline direct injection engine and analyzing its cooling system structure, this paper presents an electronic water pump control system and designs the control strategy based on the vehicle environment. Afterwards, the calibration and test verification are carried out. Experiment results show that the control strategy design presented in the paper can help the electronic water pump work accurately and timely under different engine working conditions, meanwhile, it can meet the requirement of cooled and pressurized gas temperature and turbocharger, proving feasibility of this control strategy.
