以柏林水库湿地公园为例，按照“全面保护、生态优先、合理利用、特色发展”的方针，以维护湿地生态平衡、发挥湿地生态功能和保护湿地生物多样性为出发点，规划建设集宣传、教育、科研、观光和休闲于一体的可持续发展湿地公园，充分发挥其生态、经济和社会效益。柏林水库湿地公园规划总面积为1245 hm2，分为五个功能区，包括生态保育区、恢复重建区、合理利用区、科普宣教区和管理服务区，形成多样性的景观格局，使公众获得丰富的湿地体验。
이백림수고습지공완위례，안조“전면보호、생태우선、합리이용、특색발전”적방침，이유호습지생태평형、발휘습지생태공능화보호습지생물다양성위출발점，규화건설집선전、교육、과연、관광화휴한우일체적가지속발전습지공완，충분발휘기생태、경제화사회효익。백림수고습지공완규화총면적위1245 hm2，분위오개공능구，포괄생태보육구、회복중건구、합리이용구、과보선교구화관리복무구，형성다양성적경관격국，사공음획득봉부적습지체험。
This paper takes Bolin Reservoir Wetland Park as an example and complies with the basic policy of “full pro-tection,ecology first,rational use and characteristic development”to plan the wetland park.Taking the maintenance of wetland ecological balance,the exertion of wetland ecological function and wetland biodiversity protection as the starting point,Bolin Reservoir is planned as a wetland park integrating publicity,education,scientific research,tour,relaxation into an organic whole,which could contribute to fully exerting the ecological,economic and social benefits.The total planning area of Bolin Reservoir Wetland Park is 1 245 hm2 ,which is divided into 5 zones:ecological conservation area, restoration and reconstruction area,rational utilization area,popular science and education area,management and service area.And then the multifarious landscape patterns would bring abundant wetland experience to the public.
