鉴于国内缺少有关 NH3-CO2-SO42--H2O 四元体系气液相平衡的数据及模型,采用连续流动鼓泡法测定了 NH3-CO2-SO42--H2O 四元体系在常压、温度为313.15~343.15 K 条件下的气液平衡实验数据,并建立了相应的热力学相平衡模型。实验结果表明在 NH3-CO2-H2O 三元体系中引入 SO42-后,气相 NH3平衡分压降低,CO2平衡分压升高。模型采用改进的 Davies 方程及 Henry 定律进行计算,用 Matlab 中的 fsolve 函数进行编辑求解。模型简洁,计算方便,计算结果与实验数据能够较好地吻合,为涉及 NH3-CO2-SO42--H2O 四元体系的工艺过程研究提供了相应的参考数据和理论依据。

In view of the lack of the vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE) data and thermodynamic model about the quaternary system of NH3-CO2-SO42--H2O at home, continuous flow bubble method was used in our experiments to measure the VLE data of the quaternary system of NH3-CO2-SO42--H2O under normal pressure with temperature range from 313.15 to 343.15 K, and the corresponding thermodynamic VLE model was established. The experiment results indicate that the partial pressure of NH3 decreases and the partial pressure of CO2 rises when adding SO42- to ternary system of NH3-CO2-H2O. The VLE model was calculated and established by modified Davies equation and Henry's law, the fsolve function in Matlab was adopted to solve the VLE model. The results show that the model is concise and easy to calculated, and the calculation results coincide with the experiment data well, it can prove reference data and theoretical basis for research on the quaternary system of NH3-CO2-SO42--H2O.
