以某2.0 L发动机为研究对象,通过试验和仿真分析燃用氢-汽油两种燃料各自的优缺点。结合万有特性曲线,确定双燃料发动机的燃料切换点,并基于扭矩连续的控制策略计算得到了切换期内的节气门开度和两种燃料各自发出的扭矩值及燃料流量值。通过控制节气门开度、混合气浓度可实现双燃料切换过程中的扭矩连续变化,表明该控制策略可行。

By studying a 2.0 L engine using experiment and simulation, the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed when different kinds of fuel are burnt. According to the universal characteristic curve, we determine the switching point of the dual-fuel engine, and get the throttle opening during the switching stage, the torque value and the fuel flow values of these two fuels based on the continuous torque control strategy. By controlling the throttle opening, gas mixture concentration, the torque can be changed continuously in the process of the dual fuel switching, proving feasibility of this control strategy.
