课堂氛围是由教师主导的一种社会性的、结合了情绪和物理空间所共同形成的课堂教学环境，集中体现在由教师主导，师生互动产生的情绪和情感体验。课堂是学校教育教学工作的主战场，是教师工作的核心地。在课堂教学中，温馨、民主、和谐、愉悦的课堂气氛可以帮助学生学习，促进学生成长，提升学校发展，同时良好的课堂氛围也是学生的心声与需求。成功营造轻松愉悦的良好课堂氛围是优秀教师最突出的特征之一，也是检验教师是否胜任教学，是否优秀的标准之一。营造轻松愉悦的课堂氛围有多种途径，包括构建和谐的师生关系、带着积极情绪进入课堂、调控自己的情绪、激发学生的情绪、变化教学方式、控制课堂节奏、使用幽默的教学语言等等。
