分别用 Hydrolab DS5水质多功能监测仪和丙酮分光光度法测定滇池水体中叶绿素 a 的含量,通过数理统计检验两种方法测定结果之间的差异性,结果表明:在 Hydrolab DS5量程范围内无显著差异,可使用仪器直接测定水体中叶绿素 a 含量;Hydrolab DS5在测定叶绿素 a 时,具有良好的稳定性和线性响应性;仪器在不同水域使用时,均需在使用水域进行校准。

Hydrolab DS5 multi -parameter water quality instrument and Acetone spectrophotometry were used to monitor chlorophyll -a in Dianchi Lake.Mathematical statistical method was adopted to test the differences of the results between these two methods.It was showed that there was no significant difference within the measure range of Hydrolab DS5.Hydrolab DS5 could measure chlorophyll -a in the water directly.It also demonstrated excellent stability and linear response.The instrument needed to be calibrated before using it in different water bodies.
