以毛竹鞭根根际和非根际土壤为研究对象,研究土壤微生物数量的变化及其与土壤养分的关系。结果表明:毛竹鞭根区根际土壤微生物数量显著高于非根际土壤,细菌、真菌、放线菌数量分别提高231.7%、116.7%、8.3%,根际土壤细菌、放线菌数量表现为随毛竹竹鞭年龄的增加呈下降趋势,根际土壤真菌数量表现为随毛竹竹鞭年龄的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势。毛竹鞭根区根际土壤有效养分含量显著高于非根际土壤,水解氮、速效钾、有效磷含量分别提高43.7%、268.3%、37.4%,土壤有机质和土壤细菌对土壤有效养分的积累起主要作用。

The rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil in bamboo rhizome root zone of phyllostachys edulis was studied as a research object.The variation of soil microbial populations and relationship between microbial factors and soil nutrients in rhizome root zone were studied.The results showed that the microbial populations quantity in rhizosphere soil significantly higher than the non rhizosphere soil.The population quantity of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes were increased by 231.7%,116.7%,8.3%.The population quantity of bacteria and actinomycetes in the rhizosphere soil showed a de-creasing trend with increasing age of bamboo rhizome.The population quantity of fungi in the rhizosphere soil showed the trend that increased firstly and then decreased with increasing age of bamboo rhizome.The content of available nutrient in rhizosphere soil significantly higher than that in non rhizosphere soil.The contents of hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium were increased by 43.7%,268.3% and 37.4%.Soil organic matter and soil bacte-ria were the main influencing factors in the accumulation of soil available nutrients in rhizome root zone of phyllostachys edulis.
