教师职业只有专业化才能有社会地位,才能受到社会的尊重。我国的教师职业还需面对理论的科学性不强、职业技能不规范、专业权威缺乏、社会公益性认同度不够、没有权威的专业组织和终身教育体制尚未建立等若干难题,只有解决了这些难题,我国教师职业方能真正实现专业化。

The occupation of teachers must be speciaIized to promote its sociaI status ,and gain sociaI respect .But the speciaIization of teaching occupation in our country stiII has many difficuIties:its theory isn’t scientific ,its occupationaI abiIity is not so norm ,it Iacks professionaI authority and sociaI pubIic-spirited approbation ,and it has no authoritative profession organization and hasn't buiIt up IifeIong education system ,etc .OnIy we soIve these difficuIties ,can teachers’ occupation then be speciaIized trueIy .
