智能电网能有效提高电网的能源大规模调配能力和吸纳绿色能源能力，智能变电站是其重要节点，新技术对继电保护与自动化运维岗位技能水平提出新要求。高职教育以职业为导向，电气专业教学应主动适应智能变电站发展。本文从实训内容策划、实训环境建设、实训师资队伍管理等角度探索智能站继电保护与自动化实训教学，以提高学生学习兴趣和教学效果，缩短就业适应期，提高用人单位的满意率。

Smart grid can effectively improve the grid energy large-scale deployment and the absorbance of green energy. Intelligent substation is an important node of smart grid. New technology makes new demands on relay protection and automation operation and maintenance personnel skill level, which electrical professional teaching should take the initiative to adapt to the development of smart substation according to higher vocational education oriented by occupation. This paper explores the practice teaching of relay protection and automation in intelligent substation in term of the practice training program scheme, the construction of practice training environment, the management of skills training teachers, which improves students' learning interest and teaching effect, and shortens the adjustment period of employment, and raises the satisfaction of the employer.
