目的:对食源性致病金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素SEA~SEJ基因型分布状况进行调查,并探讨菌株分型与肠毒素基因型分布之间的关联性。方法采用PCR方法扩增金黄色葡萄球菌及肠毒素SEA~SEJ基因型核酸片段,应用全自动微生物基因指纹鉴定系统(RiboPrinter)对菌株进行分型和类聚状况分析。结果分离的24个待测菌株可分为6个亚型,各亚型均匀分布;待测10种肠毒素基因型中, SEI型、SEG型、SEA型和SEB型的出现频率较高,分别占54.2%、41.7%、37.5%和25.0%,同时表达两种以上肠毒素基因型的比率约50%, SEG型和SEI型肠毒素的表达分布具有协同性;金黄色葡萄球菌的溯源性特点与肠毒素分布规律一致。结论食源性金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素呈现多基因型协同表达的特点,各菌株亚型与肠毒素基因型分布之间存在一定的关联性。
目的:對食源性緻病金黃色葡萄毬菌腸毒素SEA~SEJ基因型分佈狀況進行調查,併探討菌株分型與腸毒素基因型分佈之間的關聯性。方法採用PCR方法擴增金黃色葡萄毬菌及腸毒素SEA~SEJ基因型覈痠片段,應用全自動微生物基因指紋鑒定繫統(RiboPrinter)對菌株進行分型和類聚狀況分析。結果分離的24箇待測菌株可分為6箇亞型,各亞型均勻分佈;待測10種腸毒素基因型中, SEI型、SEG型、SEA型和SEB型的齣現頻率較高,分彆佔54.2%、41.7%、37.5%和25.0%,同時錶達兩種以上腸毒素基因型的比率約50%, SEG型和SEI型腸毒素的錶達分佈具有協同性;金黃色葡萄毬菌的溯源性特點與腸毒素分佈規律一緻。結論食源性金黃色葡萄毬菌腸毒素呈現多基因型協同錶達的特點,各菌株亞型與腸毒素基因型分佈之間存在一定的關聯性。

Objective To investigate the distribution principles of Staphylococcal enterotoxin genotypes from SEA to SEJ, and discuss correlative relationships between stain ribosomal subytpes and enterotoxin distribution. Methods Specific nucleotide fragments from Staphylococcal aureus (S. aureus) and Staphylococcal enterotixon SEA~SEJ were amplified by PCR, bacterial strain subtypes and homology were analyzed by RiboPrinter. Results A total of 24 isolates were identified as S. aureus and classified into 6 subtypes, each subtype was hypodispersion Staphylococcal entertoxin genotype SEI, SEG, SEA and SEB were high detection, the ratio was respectively at 54.2%, 41.7%, 37.5% and 25.0%, about 50% of strains were collaboratively detected at least 2 genotypes, and SEG and SEI were cooperated detection. The feature of ribosomal subtypes tracing was consistent with enterotoxin distribution. Conclusion Staphylococcal enterotoxin genotypes were collaboratively detected in foodborne S. aureus;there were correlative relationships between ribosomal subtypes and enterotoxin distribution.
