政法高职文化育人不是单纯的政法文化育人，也不是单纯的校园文化育人，而是政法文化进校园、校园文化进行业而交融孕生的“跨界”式文化育人环境和氛围，既不能够由校园文化自发生成，也不能够由政法文化直接代替，而是二者在产教融合、校企合作的平台框架下，相互融合、相互碰撞过程之中发挥最好育人效果。
