文章主要是对 CRH2型动车组避雷器五级检修时出现的高频次密封试验气体间歇性冒泡现象进行研究。根据 LA205型交流避雷器结构性能及工作原理,通过对6只密封不良的避雷器进行泄露电流、绝缘电阻、密封试验等参数的测量试验及避雷器分解解体,分析研究了避雷器受潮后产生的电气性能参数变化。当避雷器浸水或受潮时,绝缘电阻及泄漏电流值会发生明显变化,即绝缘电阻降低、泄漏电流值上升。密封试验时出现的间歇性气泡为 FRP 筒与法兰、紧固件缝隙的空气、避雷器表面附着一定的浮尘所致,避雷器五级检修密封试验后,间歇性冒泡现象不作为评判的依据,需通过再次测量绝缘电阻值来判断避雷器是否合格。通过上述分析得出的结论及时修订了 CRH2型动车组避雷器五级检修规程。

High frequency sealing test gas during Grade 5 maintenance of type CRH2 EMU lightning arrestor is mainly performed in this paper. According to the working principle and structural properties of LA205 AC arrestor,based on the measurement test of 6 bad sealing arrestors on parameters such as leakage current,insulation resistance and seal test, etc. as well as arrestor disassembly,the electrical behavior parameter variation due to the soaked arrestors or arrestors affected with damp is analyzed and studied,insulation resistance and current leakage value may change obviously,i. e. the value of insulation resistance decreases while leakage current increases. The intermittent bubbling in seal test is caused by floating dust which remains in the gap between FRP canister and flanges,fastening components and lightning arrestor surface. Instead of the intermittent bubbling of lightning arrestor seal test in Grade 5 maintenance,the re -measured insulation resistance will be a criteria to judge the arrestor qualified or not. Based on the above analysis and conclusion,Grade 5 maintenance regulations of type CRH2 EMU lightning arrestor have been revised timely.
