随着以智能手机、平板电脑等移动智能终端为代表的新媒体时代的到来，人们对信息的需求和消费方式，乃至思维方式都发生了很大变化，这对图书馆服务提出了巨大挑战。阐述了新媒体的概念及其特性，指出图书馆应借助微信公共服务平台、移动终端乃至物联网技术，创新服务模式，为读者提供便捷、舒适、无处不在的服务。

Along with the coming of the age of new media represented by smart phones, tablet computers and other mobile intelligent terminals, people’s information demand, consumption way and even thinking mode ave changed a lot, which puts forward the great challenge to the library service. This paper expounds the concept and features of the new media, and points out that the library should innovate its service mode with the aid of WeChat public service platform, mobile terminal and even technology of IOT (Internet of things) in order to provide the readers with convenient, comfortable and ubiquitous services.
