“深化产教融合和校企合作”是应用型本科院校建设“双师型”教师队伍的重要途径。应用型本科院校“双师型”教师队伍二元结构模式是一种现实模式，即指一支不仅具备专业理论教学能力，而且具备较强实践教学能力和应用研究能力的素质优良、结构合理、专兼结合和校企互通的“双师型”教师队伍。
“深化產教融閤和校企閤作”是應用型本科院校建設“雙師型”教師隊伍的重要途徑。應用型本科院校“雙師型”教師隊伍二元結構模式是一種現實模式，即指一支不僅具備專業理論教學能力，而且具備較彊實踐教學能力和應用研究能力的素質優良、結構閤理、專兼結閤和校企互通的“雙師型”教師隊伍。
“심화산교융합화교기합작”시응용형본과원교건설“쌍사형”교사대오적중요도경。응용형본과원교“쌍사형”교사대오이원결구모식시일충현실모식，즉지일지불부구비전업이론교학능력，이차구비교강실천교학능력화응용연구능력적소질우량、결구합리、전겸결합화교기호통적“쌍사형”교사대오。
