“深化产教融合和校企合作”是应用型本科院校建设“双师型”教师队伍的重要途径。应用型本科院校“双师型”教师队伍二元结构模式是一种现实模式,即指一支不仅具备专业理论教学能力,而且具备较强实践教学能力和应用研究能力的素质优良、结构合理、专兼结合和校企互通的“双师型”教师队伍。
“深化產教融閤和校企閤作”是應用型本科院校建設“雙師型”教師隊伍的重要途徑。應用型本科院校“雙師型”教師隊伍二元結構模式是一種現實模式,即指一支不僅具備專業理論教學能力,而且具備較彊實踐教學能力和應用研究能力的素質優良、結構閤理、專兼結閤和校企互通的“雙師型”教師隊伍。
