    随着后危机时代的来临，中国经济增速放缓，高校学生就业问题日趋凸显。本文从中国经济发展现状及行业需求出发，分析了高校就业存在的本质问题，从四个方面提出了应对之策。

    With the advent of the post - financial - crisis era ,China’s economic growth has slowed ,making the college students’ employment problems increasingly prominent .Based on the current situation of China’s eco-nomic development and industry needs ,this article analyzes the nature of the employment problems ,and give certain countermeasures from four aspects .
