在世界范围内师范教育向教师教育迈进的大势中,地方师范院校及其教师教育同样地面临转型与适应的双重任务,由此在其外部环境、内部治理以及内外部关系处理等方面生发诸多困境。相应地,地方师范院校借助主动适应教师教育一体化的先成之例,梳理、归整内外部之间的依存与互促关系,在职前职后一体化的系统设计中实现突围。

WhiIe normaI education is transforming into teacher education worIdwide , IocaI normaI universities and teacher education aIso face the duaI task of transition and adaptation , which resuIts in a Iot of predicaments in their externaI environment ,internaI governance ,germinaI difficuIties as weII as the reIationship between internaI and externaI treatment ,etc .AccordingIy ,with the aid of the initiative to adapt to the integration of teacher education as the exampIe , they carefuIIy study the interdependence and mutuaI promoting reIationship between the internaI and the externaI ,making a ,breakthrough in the design of the pre‐service and post‐service integration system .
